We’ve been hearing about a supposed War on Women from abortion advocates, and it’s become a hot topic as Republican presidential hopefuls start their long marathon to November 2016. A woman has the right to choose what to do with her own body, they claim, and anyone who disagrees with her “choice” to kill her unborn baby is against all of womankind.

How we reached this level of insanity isn’t worth figuring out; I could repeatedly hit my head against a brick wall trying to understand the logic of abortion advocates, or I could learn how to respond thoughtfully and intelligently to their arguments.

In this vein I downloaded AudioGirl Ministries’ “The Power of 7” app onto my iPhone. This pro-life tutorial includes “7 Effective Replies to 7 Common Pro-Abortion Arguments.” It’s genius in its simplicity, focusing on seven of the most common pro-abortion arguments.

The app gives you the facts to speak intelligently from the pro-life position, and includes instructions on dialogue and how to stay calm during an argument. First they list the Pro-Abortion Argument, followed by an area of agreement that’s called Common Ground, and finally the Pro-Life Reply.

Common Ground is the key ingredient, an area of agreement that paves the way for the Pro-Life Reply; you’ll see what I mean when you read at the app. The ladies at AudioGirl Ministries thought of everything!

Among the seven pro-abortion arguments, I believe the one that will continue to be pushed the hardest (especially since the Planned Parenthood videos are proving that the baby really is a human) is that women have the right to choose what to do with their own bodies. Through “The Power of 7” app, you’ll know exactly how to respond to this statement. “What about the baby’s body and her choice?” the app reads. “Remember, we’re talking about two separate bodies.”

The Planned Parenthood videos have brought the ugliness of abortion to the forefront, and now is the time to be educated in responding to people who are shocked by the videos and wobbling on the fence. We all need to download “The Power of 7” app and use it, then spread the word to your families, communities and churches.
